How long does it take my order to arrive?
We process all order withitn 2-10 business days once receiving payment. We strive for prompt delivery and only ask that you consider the size of your order due to the fact that we make every custom for our clients.
All packages are shipped via USPS.
What’s the shipping cost?
This varies on the address. But we can comfortable give a range of 6-20 dollars per order depending on your location.
We hope to give the best possible product and service to our clients. If you aren’t satisfied with the quality of the product , it may be exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase for a www.lulubynatalia.com merchandise credit. The item must be unworn with the label attached and/or the original sales receipt.

Once the jewelry is received, we will issue you a merchandise credit for the amount of your order, minus the cost of shipping. The credit can only be redeemed on www.lulubynatalia.com. It is the responsibility of the gift recipient to pay for shipping back to LULÚ by Natalia Maldonado.
We use PayPal, "the safer and easy way" to pay online. If you are using a credit card, you do not need to have and account in PayPal and we do not have access to your credit card information. We accept VISA, Master Card, and American Express. Starting Fall 2016, we will be accepting Apple PAY!
